Interaction Labs is a Singapore-based enterprise software studio working at the intersection of operational complexity and emerging technology.
We started because the gap was obvious.
Enterprise software in Singapore's construction and finance sectors was stuck in a loop — companies either bought expensive overseas platforms that didn't fit local regulatory requirements, or they ran critical operations on spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.
Neither outcome was acceptable. So we built a studio that could close that gap — combining deep product design experience in crypto and finance with the operational research discipline required to build software that actually gets adopted.
Every system we've built has started with the same question: what does this organisation actually need to operate better — not what does the software vendor want to sell them?

Research before scope
We don't accept a brief and start building. Every engagement begins with structured discovery. We've turned down projects where the stated problem didn't match the real one.
Working software as evidence
We don't present progress decks. We show working software. Every milestone is a deployable release against written acceptance criteria.
Honest about what we can't do
If a project is outside our capability or a better solution exists elsewhere, we say so. Our reputation depends on the outcomes of our builds.
IP belongs to the client
Full source code, documentation, and database ownership is transferred on delivery. No licensing arrangements, no vendor lock-in.
Grant literacy as a service
Singapore has significant government support for enterprise digital transformation. We structure engagements to maximise grant eligibility.
